The file ppc-emu.zip contains the files needed to run QEMU powerpc emulations under windows.
The file debian-powerpc.rar contains a compressed powerpc QEMU disk image with a user soundcomp, password soundcomp, a complete SoundComp build environment (although not recommended to use, see SoundComp wiki).
Use these files to test if your SoundComp code does the right thing on big endian platforms, when developing under windows.
We recommend to cross-build and use the emulation for testing only.
