Release Notes

o   soul++ is the new version of soul2cpp tool
o   syntax and documentation revised
o   project (.slp) and library (.sll) files added
o   Easier to use than previous Soul versions:
    -   extern-clauses removed because incompatible extern-definitions
        were major source of errors.
        Now syntax for external rules is simply "using Grammar.Rule;".
    -   Parses all source and library files and then links, so that
        inconsistensies are detected at compile time.
o   This version does not support C#.
    If you need C# support look at previous versions.
