A program to convert normal wav file to sony tmark wav file

Usage
-----------
    1. Place SonyTmarkConverter.exe to the floder you want to convert
    2. Double click SonyTmarkConverter.exe
    3. Follow the instruction, then start convert
    4. After finish convert, the file will be in the new floder end with "_tmark"
