Refactor

Renamed src/pocketbase.ts → src/tspoonbase.ts
Updated all imports (cli.ts, index.ts)
Removed "tests" from tsconfig.json exclude (tests folder was deleted)
Replaced all internal "PocketBase" references with "TspoonBase" in:
