This release substantially matures Solang's Soroban / Stellar support. It adds structs, dynamic and fixed-length arrays, and mappings in contract storage and across the ABI boundary; 256-bit integers; new block.number, keccak256 and sha256 builtins; and ports 14 Stellar example contracts — alongside codegen refactors and encoding fixes for i64, i128/u128 and arrays.
