Does what it says on the tin...after you patch FFTW_FORWARD to FFTW_MEASURE (or FFTW_ESTIMATE) in two calls to fftw_plan_dft_r2c_1d. Windows->Linux migration is also easy, requiring patching _atoi64() to atoll(). I've made a patch for these changes and a bit of other compiler-warning cleanup available ( hypertext transfer protocol colon slash slash static dot rossry dot net slash patches slash snd2fftw_src.main.c.patch ) -- not tested for Windows, sorry.

I can't use without the -w option. Too few documentation.
