    I had a thread of text messages that grew so long that it was perpetually loading so I was unable to read it. The folks at Verizon said there was nothing to do, and just to delete the thread. I mentioned possibilities of trying to read the backup file, and they had no idea what I was talking about. At least with this app you can save the text. Now to figure out how to open the pictures from the thread in a backup.....
