Read before using

A trio of Windows shortcut files (*.lnk) are included in each set of files.  You can choose between a 7z file and a Zip file.  Please expect to edit the shortcuts unless you plan to put the executable into "B:\SmartRestart\SmartRestart\bin\Release\SmartRestart.exe".  For me, that's just where I compile the release builds to.

I'm open to someone working with me to create an installer, but I personally have no need of one.  As long as I have no issues with SmartRestart, no further work on the project is expected by me.  As for the included icons, you're welcome to suggest alternatives.
