Initial Release

This is an initial release to test the workflows and provide a smoke test. The app is fully functional, but this should be considered a Beta release - it is not yet battle-hardened.

It may seem unusual for an initial beta release to have a v2.0.0 tag, but it is at least nominally a v2 update to https://sourceforge.net/projects/smartcopytool/ - in as much as it is a completely different app that does many of the same things.

Installation instructions - download the archive for your platform, unzip it anywhere you like and run it.
