Added a new menu item "Settings..." (as in the System tray)
Added a keyboard shortcut for "Move To" item group (Ctrl + Alt + F11/F12 by default, can be changed by the Settings dialog)
Support of a separator menu item for "Resize" and "Start Program" groups (for now only by editing SmartSystemMenu.xml file)
