SLMSuite is a collection of algorithms, based on shifting level models (SLM), for segmenting genomic profiles generated by array and second generation sequencing experiments for the detection of genomic regions involved in CNVs.

The SLMSuite contain an R library with the segmentation algorithms and three wrappers that allow to use them in Python, Ruby and C++.

#### Installation ####
After download extract the SLMSuite files from the command line with:
tar -xvf slmsuite-1.0.tar.bz2

#### Usage ####
You can find a comprehensive manual inside the doc/ folder.
Examples on how to use the wrappers are found inside the respective folders.
