Slizbury's Proxy Switcher Cinnamon Applet v1.1

This applet will allow you to switch between system proxies from the system panel (taskbar) on Mint 14 Cinnamon. (Proxies being different socks proxies in this case.)

I created it after I ran into problems using Proxy Switchy on Chrome; I just couldn't seem to get it to work.  The system settings seemed to be overriding the Proxy Switchy settings, so this applet was written to let one change the system proxy settings easily and on the fly.

 - Due to use of gsettings to set proxy settings, no superuser privileges are required
 - Code based off of lock@dalcde's caps/numlock monitor -- thanks for the springboard!
 - Place this folder in ~/.local/share/cinnamon/applets and the applet will show up in the list
