SkyKakapo Browser
An independent Firefox-based web browser for Windows.
Release Notes for 157.0.1 TEST1
Changes from 157.0.1:
- The linker options have been changed to
-import-instr-limit=30,-import-hot-multiplier=10, and-import-instr-evolution-factor=0.7.
Note: Increasing -import-instr-limit has previously caused crashes and other issues due to a cross-language LTO bug (see Bug 1832022). I recommend avoiding use with important profiles, or backing up your profile before trying this build.
Key features
- Profile folder import.
- Hide or show selected items in major menus.
- The tmemutil.ini initialization file (tete009.pages.dev) with additional options, including portable mode.
Distribution
SkyKakapo is distributed as 7z archives. No installer or language packs are included.
Each SkyKakapo 7z archive includes a Source directory containing the patches and additional files used to apply the SkyKakapo modifications to the corresponding Firefox source tree.
