SI Video is a screen recording software that includes a built in graphics editor to edit each frame individually and add cool effects to your video. In future releases I hope to add the ability to export in a variety of formats: avi swf mpeg or even exe.

Been using SI Video since XP/32 and still using it in Win7/32 and 64 with XP/pack2 i use it to capture games I make so I can make videos of them. the playback is iffy with Win7 but the capture works great and the image resize in win7.
