============================== Release of scRNAss version 1.0 ============================== scRNAss is an efficient trascriptome assembler for single-cell RNA-seq data. It assembles transcripts from either single-end or paired-end reads using reference genome and transcriptome, and also accurately estimates their abundances. scRNAss works in two steps. 1) scRNAss_build generates index files using reference genome and transcriptome; 2) scRNAss then take as input single-cell RNA-seq reads and the index files to assemble expressed transcripts and estimate their abundances; Finally, it outputs all assembled candidate transcripts in GTF format.
