!!! Apologies: fixed issue with installer. All good now.

  SimplyServed checks for an assigned COM port on launch and shuts down if
  it isn't assigned one. If you don't have a modem you can still try the
  app by assigning a virtual COM port. There are lots of free COM apps on
  the Internet. Surf the ocean...

  Normally SimplyServed just installs and runs. It maintains a super low
  resource footprint while delivering a high quality solution. Still, we
  all know how, occasionally, things on Windows can go amiss.

  Most installs run without issue. If not, I recommend running the
  install and app as admin. First run the install as yourself. If
  that fails run it as admin. Use the same method when running the
  app. First as yourself, then as admin. This product is very well
  behaved and fully house trained. Woof, woof! d:o)

  Take a look at the SimplyServed.ini file. There's lots of detail inside.

  Redesign and consolidate the drop-down Options/Settings menu.
  The "Options..." menu now includes an "Always On Top" setting.
  A multitude of twiddles and tweaks delivering accumulative

4.0  Complete strip-down and reassemble. Essentially, a full recode,
  with strenuous reassessment, considered planning and purposeful
  design. This new build is 100% dynamic. All the GUI objects are
  created at run-time, in real-time. Non-critical snags, niggles
  and bugs have been eliminated throughout. There are now four
  web scraper sources available, four modifiable colour schemes
  to choose from and the ability to toggle both horizontal and
  vertical gridlines independently. Lastly, I have included the
  addition of a multi-dropdown menu to support the new features.
