  • It does blur, BUT the output image is not compressible as more noise is added no matter whatever blur factor I enter from 2 to 50. The image data becomes more and more complex for any kind of sophisticated compressors ZIP, RAR, ZPAQ, BBB, whatever. What am I doing wrong?
