I am still using it in 2019 as well. I looked at many programs and this is still the best out there for PHP/SQL. It looks like the official website for it is gone (maybe purchased by someone) but you can still get the code here and it still works. Needless to say, it looks like you're on your own if you need support.

Does just what it says it does. The best invoicing set up for sole traders and small business.

Works like a treat. Plenty of doco. Development is really moving forward. Great project idea. Great project. Opportunites to get involved and help out if you wish.
