In this folder it is included the datasets used for the work done in the article "Spill-in counts in the quantification of 18F-florbetapir on Aβ-negative subjects: the effect of including white matter in the reference region*". Five amyloid-negative patients acquired using a GE Discovery STE scanner were considered (ADNI IDs 4579, 4580, 4254, 4276, 4421). The activity and attenuation maps were considered as input on the BrainViset iterative procedure to generate the corresponding simulated PETs. The 10 modified activity maps for each patient (each activity map with a different ground truth WM-SUVR_CGM value as described in the paper) and the corresponding simulated PETs are also included in different folders. *López-González, F.J., Moscoso, A., Efthimiou, N. et al.
