Updates reflected in SimAssem, Version 1.1:
  1) The embedded graphical display window was disabled because 
     necessary components are no longer supported. Fortunately, 
     SimAssem can still launch the equivalent window directly from 
     R. To disable this feature, which I suspect will be 
     particularly useful to anyone running multiple iterations 
     at once, see the new checkbox in the 'Iterations' menu item.
  2) This version reports the first survey size analyzed when 
     building an accumulation curve and avoids an occasional 
     endless loop.
