As this library is not yet deployed to a maven repository you have to include it manually.

check Dependencies in the wiki for getting the correct libraries which are needed to use SilverTunnel-NG Netlib (or download them in one zip here).

Download the netlib-0.0.1.jar (and also the javadoc if you like) add them to your classpath and start using them.
