This folder contains the signed drivers for the Null-modem Emulator
Tested on: * Windows 7 (x86 / x64) * Windows 8/8.1 (x86)
Known Issues
- On newly installed Windows OS a Security notice popup while installing the driver about unsigned drivers. The driver is signed with the latest cross-chain certificate. Please update your Root Certificates using Windows Update.
- Policy changes since the release of Windows 10, version 1607
According to Windows Driver Signing Policy "Starting with Windows 10, version 1607, Windows will not load any new kernel-mode drivers which are not signed by the Dev Portal."
Workaround (for Windows 10 version 1607 or later)
- Turn OFF Secure Boot from BIOS
