This Sourceforge project contains two software suites:
1. SHREC - SHort Read Error Correction. A tool for identifying and removing 
	sequencing errors in Illumina sequencing data.

2. QUARC - QUality Analysis and Read Control. A package of useful functions
	to analyse HTS data. Quarc serves as a reference independent quality 
	control for sequencing data.
