Hi! I used this service not long ago. My site was unbearably slow. I needed to do smth very fast, you can't afford wasting time in e-business. After trying free extensions which didn't help I ended up at the Shopping Cart Diagnostics site. I didn't expect much, but trying won't hurt, all the more it promised to be free. So, I entered the store URL - and it took just a couple seconds to see the check results. Impressive! Plus there was an offer to start an advanced check - for free again! Naturally, I wanted to do it. There, you have to download the connection bridge (which took me a couple minutes). The advanced check noticed several problems with my site performance, and then they offered Deep Diagnostics! But it is a paid option. The price is not high. But i will try it next time. That day I was able to fix my problems with a free check, since I knew for sure what was wrong and was given good recommendations. For the future, I’m going to sign up for receiving an alert as soon as any issue comes up. I definitely recommend this service to everyone. Keep up a good work guys!
