7-zip is unable to correctly decode the ISO which can be downloaded from:
    http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/fwss11.iso

    The error message is:
Data error in '0.fat'. File is broken.

This problem still exists in 9.09

Phe problem in iso - it lists file in  only as 512-bytes file.

Maybe the 512-byte length shown is because CD-ROMs of this type are booting a virtual Hard Disk, rather than a virtual diskette.  The initial 512 bytes to be read are therefore a Hard Disk MBR (not a diskette boot sector), and then the partition table in that MBR has to be read to find out where the bootable partition lies.

The CD-ROM made from this ISO boots a PC perfectly well.

7-zip looks only to iso headers. And these headers tell that file is 512 bytes.

The code in these 512 bytes maybe knows more. But ISO code in 7-zip doesn't know that.

    Same problem.
7Zip seems to know it is a partition and starts at CHS 0-1-1 and ends at CHS 29-63-32 and is 31,440,896 bytes and FAT16, yet it cannot open it or even same the .img file (which is '512 bytes')
PowerISO can extract the files OK though using Action - Boot - Edit Image File - Import and then Extract.

You should use "Open inside #" from the context menu in 7zfm. Unfortunately there is no possibility to set this action as default or use hotkey in the program.

Nothing seems to happen using Open Inside, * or # ???
Ah - sorry, you mean Open Inside # on the .iso file itself. OK, got it, thanks!

When using right-click in Explorer - 'Open archive >' I see these options.
I cant find any explanation for some of them?
    e.g. #:e , rar, 7z, zip, cab
