Problem to decompress a special .ZIP-File

Hello,

while decompressing the file
http://www.merten.de/download/DL_sw_tools/InfoDisplay.zip
I get the error message, that this file can't be opened as archive.

At an other PC without 7-ZIP, decompressing is no problem. I tried 7-Zip 4.65 and 9.07.

Same problem with http://lotospc.com/downloads/Lotos.zip

Maybe it is a naive suggestion, but had you tried downloading it again, just in case it got corrupted during download on the first machine?

this is not the reason.

- At work, I downloaded the file twice at different days. Allways the same.
- I downloaded the file at home. Result: the same.
- I tried to decompress the file with two computers. PC with 7-Zip: error mesage. PC without 7-Zip: success
- I can reproduce the problem with the file from pavel13.

Addition:
I downloaded the file from pavel13. I can open it with WinRAR. So, the file is not corrupt.

I can open my file with WinRAR and IZARC, but with 7-ZIP and PeaZIP it is impossible.

Problem exists with 9.10 furthermore :-(
