To install SendToQuickLaunch, download and run the SendToQuickLaunch.exe file.

This is primarily needed with Windows XP which doesn't have this functionality
by default. Windows Vista includes it as "Add to Quick Launch".

But, SendToQuickLaunch does work on Windows Vista. When you install it on
Windows Vista you will get a "This program might not have installed correctly."
message, which you can ignore.
