Hello, nice to meet you.

It is very easy to setup a send newsletter system.

Step 1:
Download AppServ to setup a Apache server with PHP
http://www.appservnetwork.com/?modules=&applang=tw
step by step to install it.

Step 2:
Copy the newsletter system under C:\AppServ\www

Step 3:
Open the C:\AppServ\www\newletter\send_newsletter.php

Step 4:
Change the send_newsletter.php line 67-69 to your smtp and port number and the email account.
