    Sad. The application did not create the Database - because my user had no permissions to create databases. So I manually created the database and associated with a user on the backend. tested functionality via command line, and tried again. Well that didn't work either, because there were no tables. So I find the table queries and make them, and try. Okay, now I need a superuser, so I find the superuser username and login and create that record, and it still won't work. That's thirty minutes I'll never get back.
