This utility program is used to find an RFSPACE SDR on a network and/or modify the radio's network settings.
For USB based RFSPACE radios, one can use the latest Windows utility "SDRxxServer.exe" that is included in
 the SpectraVue installation to connect via an network. 

The basic protocol uses UDP and can be used for discovering and setting up network devices other than SDR's.
It is a simplified custom DHCP-like protocol with a barebones minimalist approach although it allows more 
customization if desired by simply adding fields to a data structure.

The QT project source files are available from the develop SVN page.

The interface documentation is under the /doc folder as a .pdf file.
