Added
- Live mode: an AI tool sculpts in the open window while you watch. Turn on Edit > Preferences > AI > Let AI
tools control this window (off by default) and connect Claude Code or any MCP client with
sculptforge-cli --mcp --attach. You approve each connection (a 6-digit code), an AI connected badge has Disconnect, every step lands in Undo labelled AI:, and files outside the project, overwrites, scripts and the network ask you first. The AI can see its work (viewport_image,view_turntable,view_set), draw strokes in screen space (stroke_screen), block out forms from Forge Spheres in one call (blockout) and check proportions (measure,scene_overview). Local only: a socket / pipe just your user can open, no network port.
Fixed
- Shading after strokes: a data race in the GPU vertex upload (several threads writing the same vertex's cavity bits) could leave rare wrong shading after a stroke. Each vertex is now written once.

New here? install/ explains
which file to pick, or install with one command:
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/islandmed/SculptForge/main/install/install.sh | sh (macOS / Linux),
irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/islandmed/SculptForge/main/install/install.ps1 | iex (Windows PowerShell).
Each file is also attached without its version number (e.g. SculptForge-macos.dmg) so links to
releases/latest/download/... always get the newest build.
