ScreenWakeUp uses the proximity sensor to lock and wake up the screen. It run as a service and it will restart automatically on boot.
You can lock the screen with ScreenLock application (it's not a widget), a long press on search key, covering the proximity sensor on the top of the phone for a few seconds (settable) or simply you can put the phone in your pocket.
The screen automatically wakes up (or unlocks if enabled) when you take the phone out from the pocket or you move a hand over it.

Really useful software!! Would be even better if you could specify the angle of the screen above which the screen is allowed to lock (similiarily to Magic Lock Free and Gravity Screen Off). This would stop from accidentially locking the phone when handling it with just one hand or touching it close to the proximity sensor)

Functionality of the program is very happy! Everything works. But the battery drains very much! 50% for the night! Please finalize the program for energy efficiency.
