A quick maintenance release to fix installation with uv 🔧

## 🐛 Bug Fixes

Fixed uv refusing to install v0.4.13 by default and silently falling back to an older version. The previous release required a prerelease version of curl_cffi, which uv doesn't allow unless explicitly enabled. All dependencies now resolve to stable releases. (Fixes #407)
