  • guys if anyone is having trouble with the keyboard read this comment cause it will help you. ok, so I had the same problem with the keyboard...I couldn't really use it so I was using the on-screen keyboard that was so annoying because I was typing really slowly with it. But I really tried to find a solution to this crap because I couldn't play games and really just stopped using the pc. And thank god I found a solution... I will type the steps u have to do to make ur keyboard work again. keep in mind before you do this go and delete Scptoolkit and uninstall it. If u don't know how to do this just go to control panel and then to programs then to uninstall programs when you are there just right click Scptoolkit then "uninstall". Now how to fix the keyboard? just follow the steps below: 1.Go to control panel 2.Click "Hardware and Sound" 3.When you're there click "Devices and Printers" 4. When you're there go to your keyboard and right click then click properties. Keep in mind that the keyboard must be plugged in. 5.when you're there you should be in "General". Just click "Hardware" From step 6 to the ones after it are really important so just focus and try to understand 6.Now there should be some things that you can click on right under "Device Functions" when you click one of them there should be some statistics or properties under. One of the properties you will see is "Manufacturer". You will find that some of these have "ScpToolKit compatiable device" written after the "Manufacturer". What you're gonna have to do is double left click on those ones (that have "ScpToolKit compatiable device"). 7.You should be in "General" again. Just click on "Change settings". 8.Again you should be in "General" just go and click "Driver" then go down and click "Uninstall". Trust me that will do nothing but to reset the keyboard. 9.When you do that just do the same thing with each Device functions. Basically, repeat step 6-8 ONLY WITH THE ONES THAT HAVE "ScpToolKit compatiable device" AS A MANUFACTURER. 10.After you do all that just unplug the keyboard wait few secs then plug it back again. It should work. if it doesn't just reply to me or go to my Youtube channel where you will find a tutorial video soon. If it worked with you please go to my youtube channel and subscribe and like my videos. :) Channel name is Gaming Elite profile pic is a green background with G in front. • This software greatly improved my opinion of Windows 10. If it hadn't created a restore point as I was installing this, then I don't know how I would have gotten my wireless mouse to work again or if a new one would. I also regret I didn't check it out here first, but it was not where I was led. Do Not Install, even if you do not have a wireless mouse, you might want one while this is installed, so just don't.
  • DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A WIRELESS MOUSE/KEYBOARD. Absolutely unbelievable. It does not account for a wireless mouse (or anything using USB whatsoever, including keyboards). As the other guy said, it does not seem tested whatsoever. I suspect he had similar issues, and they are indeed major. It would be a cool replacement for MotionJoy+Better DS3 for Sony controllers on your PC if the creator was not so incompetent. I am going back to those because this is ridiculous. Where to begin. First of all, if you accidentally install other USB options that aren't related to controllers, it overrides your wireless mouse (or keyboard), if you use one. I uninstalled what I needed to and the mouse worked fine again. I needed to use my keyboard for this. However, even after ONLY installing what I needed (only checking the "PS3 Controller" box under DS3 and not the other USB options), the exact same thing happened upon restarting my computer, which I needed to do because you need to set the program to a delayed start otherwise it doesn't work. More incompetence. I had to dig into Services in the Windows search bar and manually uninstall the numerous drivers to regain control of my mouse. This was after again using my keyboard (thankfully it is wired- I cannot imagine the massive headache losing control of both your keyboard and mouse would cause) to access Chrome to google for solutions. If you don't possess a modicum of computer know-how, you are screwed. Even following various internet installation guides did not account for the monolithic issues you can run into completely by accident. The only "solution" I could find from various sources was, "If you don't have a wired mouse, get one :)" This is completely unacceptable as it is now. UPDATE: My computer is also no longer reading my two external hard drives that were accessed through- you guessed it- USB. Once again, as the other guy said: "major issues on uninstall"...This does not even begin to describe it. Totally unacceptable and infuriating to say the least.

  • Error Code 10 failed to start on my bluetooth upon uninstall. 2 out of the 3 versions i have tried have caused major problems in bluetooth upon uninstall. This seeems like a kink that should have been ironed out long before being available for download.
