    I also have the probelme that tAgain ie program will not install. It says that it requires python version 3.4 to install and I have that installed. Can anyone help?

    The program will not install. It says that it requires python version 3.4 to install and I have that exact version installed. I have tried version 2.7, 3.4, 3.43, and 3.5. The program refuses to install no matter what.

    can not make on windows xp according the tutorial, however it can make by configure with --nof77
