scanedit.zip unzips to the windows executable of the latest version of the program.
scaned95.zip is a version compiled with Visual Basic 5.0 and libraries for windows98. Otherwise it is identical to scanedit. It will also run on later versions of Windows up to 10 if you get the MSVBVM5.dll from a win98. scanman.pdf is the NEW USERS MANUAL. Much more complete and better organized.
