Release 1.2.1 is simply a update to the SBSI Numerics User Manual to include
documentation regarding the optional extension that allows COPASI to be used
to convert SBML models into C code.

Only the manual file as been updated. The code remains labelled as version 1.2.

To install SBSI Numerics follow the instructions in the installation section
of the user manual.

This will instruct you to download and run the setup.py script which will
then download SBSI Numerics and all its dependencies (including some of
the other files this directory).
