Fix: sasgml_32 was linked against osp512.dll instead of osp512_32.dll
* Changes in saSGML-0.0.1: 32 and 64-bit binaries may be deployed in the same directory, and will be selected on runtime depending on the JVM architecture (for details, read the USAGE file).
