About: SMT, the SAR Management Toolkit is an experimental application for assisting in the management of land searches for missing persons. SMT incorporates the open source GIS software OpenJump for rendering of segments, SMT can, on an experimental level, handle many of the core ground SAR management tasks including POA recalculation, task assignments suggested by missing person behavior profiles, and generation of a subset of ICS forms.
