New features: 
* SASeq's output format has been updated to include a new RPKM field.
* The edgeR function is compatiple with R-2.15.2. The "Path of Rscript.exe" can be set to "C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.2\bin\Rscript.exe" to call R-2.15.2.
* For MAC, the field can be set to /usr/bin/Rscript to call R.
* SASeq transcriptome quantificaiton algorithm now processes paired-end and junction reads.
* RAEM transcript quantification algorithm now processes junction reads.
* The read count information has been improved using junction reads.

Bug fixes
* The edgeR input is now normalized using the R function calcNormFactors.
* Fixed edgeR functionality, SAMMate is now compatible with R 2.14
