What's new

  • 🎨 Correct colors for wide-gamut photos — Display-P3 / Adobe RGB images (most modern phone/camera photos) are color-managed to sRGB instead of rendering over-saturated.
  • 🔍 Crisp pixel-art & icons — tiny images scale up sharp instead of blurry.
  • 📦 Compress to a target size — st2k compress <file> --max-size 1MB finds the best quality under your limit.
  • 🧹 No more stuck blank thumbnails — a file that decodes to nothing now shows its normal icon.
  • 🍎 Apple Live Photo (.livp) thumbnails — bringing the total to 313 formats.
