Using a CD burning program like ImgBurn you can write the Safetonet .iso disk image to an actual disk. You will now be able to boot from the CD you just created.

How to use Safetonet

Set your computer to boot from the CD.
Once Safetonet is loaded you can eject the CD.
When you close the Firefox Browser you will have the option to Reboot the Computer or Shut Down.
