This is software is the current beta version of the first public
release of Screening Assistant 2.

This software is dedicated to store chemical information in a
local or network-accessible MySQL database, and perform various
analysis using simple and advanced chemoinformatics methods.

The full documentation, including all installation instructions,
as well as a quickstart guide is also available for download on 
the official website of SA2:

** DATA **

Sample data used by the quickstart guide are available in the
sample-data/ directory of this archive. The quickstart guide

The layout.zip contains configuration files to setup a more friendly
window layout upon the very first start of SA2. See the following
documentation page:

** SOURCE CODE **

Note that although the software is open-source, the actual release
of all source code (and developper documentation) will be available
when switching from the beta version to the first stable release 
(hopefully by the end of august). This way, JAVA-masters who want to 
develop new modules within SA2 will be able to do so on the basis 
of a more stable, friendly and long-term API.
