Generate an output website tree from an input tree
of arbitrary depth consisting of a set of pretty simple
textfiles with a mixture of PIs, (uninterpreted)
(X)HTML markup and normal text. Per-directory
hooks may exist, perl(1) code may be embedded,
and a sftp(1) batchfile will be automatically produced.
