Things that are working:
1. Conversion of 1200 animations, ~200 monsters, 5 races, and lots of vegetation.
2. Removal of weird textures/materials/supports, correction of bad paths
3. Cleanup of translations and rotations of all the items
4. Proper parenting
5. Collection of animations into separate files: walking, crafts, fighting ...
