What is it?

RunAsTestUser allows users to store applications, websites, and users
for quick selection and execution.

Why is it?
-----------------------
I created this app to assist in role-based testing of applications and
sites that use domain authentication.

-ability to store parameters and change the default working directory
-settings for default start tab and minimize to tray
