This system is little endian needs host to conversion in headers

To run
./app <file>

Thr timestamp field in header has signification effect in receiver side
needs further investigation
1) marker every 3 pkt, +300 plays little faster
2) marker every 3 pkt, +600 plays seems ok 

Paly around with marker bit against VLS player
1) Setting marker bit on every pkt play too much faster
2) Setting marker bit on every 10th pkt plays too much slower
