Splits rtl_tcp stream to 2 sinks, first sink with control, second is just a mirroring.

Run:
rtl_tcp_muxer.exe [source_ip] [source_port] [sink0_ip] [sink0_port] [sink1_ip] [sink1_port]

If arguments are omitted and software was runned without command line, this will equal to:
rtl_tcp_muxer 127.0.0.1 1234 0.0.0.0 2222 0.0.0.0 2223
