	Notice   that   wave   out   control   only  control
	the    wave    out   volume   of   the   application
	where   it  is  located  and  not  the  system  wave
	out,   to   control   the   master  volume  use  the
	new   master   volume   control   added   in   2021,
	the  new  master  volume  control  works with Vista,
	win7,   win8  8.1,  win10  but  may  not  work  with
	above  it,  anyway it will not crash the application
	if it change, this master volume control don`t work
	with XP or below
