Madagascar is an open-source software package for multidimensional data analysis and reproducible computational experiments. Its mission is to provide

for researchers working with digital image and data processing in geophysics and related fields.
The 1.4 release features 5 new reproducible papers, multiple bug fixes, and an addition of IWAVE modeling package.
- madagascar-1.4 is the complete package in the source form
- madagascar-core-1.4 is a reduced package with core functionality but without seismic processing functions
- madagascar-framework-1.4 is a Python framework for reproducible research (install with "python setup.py install --prefix=$RSFROOT")
